Otose Nishizono ages out of the orphanage system on her 18th birthday to begin a new life in her own apartment and starts her very first job at a hotel cleaning rooms. But Otose’s troubling childhood returns to spoil a fresh start, forcing her to relive the past and confront long repressed traumas. When the orphanage who raised her can no longer protect Otose from harming herself, or from the pressures of the adult world, the young girl must learn to survive in a busy city and face the future without bitterness towards her past and present life.
