Two stories. Two tales. In “Com um Pouquinho… de Sorte,” Jorge and Maria experience the problems of a new couple who dream of having their own home and starting a family. In “Vida Nova... por Acaso”, Magrão and Crioulo end up exactly where they started, in prison. They dream of a new life.

The 4K digital restoration project for “One Is Few, Two Could Fill” was conducted in partnership between Cinemateca Capitólio, INDETERMINAÇÕES, and Mnemosine Serviços Audiovisuais, with support from the Municipal Secretariat of Culture and Creative Economy of Porto Alegre and support from Itaú Cultural. The restoration process was carried out at Mapa Filmes and Link Digital. Production is by Daniela Mazzilli, Débora Butruce, Gabriel Araújo, Lorenna Rocha and Marcus Mello, with technical coordination and digital preservation consultancy by Débora Butruce. Technical supervision is by Aarão Marins, and scanning and digital cleaning are by Lucas Vernet and Amanda Soares.
