Following a carefully elaborated plan, a group of young filmmakers gets a copy of a film that incriminates a well-known industrialist into his hands. Accidental witness to a crime of passion committed by the businessman, the group has a powerful weapon in their hands. Through blackmail, they force him to take measures that favor the working class. They get what they want, but the industrialist, with the help of his family members, fakes a kidnapping and involves the police in the search for a possible terrorist organization, named "Bandera Rota". The massacre is inevitable, but a copy of the film is saved, leaving the industrialist in the same situation of danger.
