A group of students from the National Higher School of Music prepares for one of Warsaw`s biggest piano competitions. In this setting, the young André dedicates his hours to his studies. His platonic passion for Eva, however, causes him to jeopardize his performance when he discovers she has a brain tumor. To help her, he decides to spend his nights playing the piano for her. Gradually, his friends also become involved in the matter.
