Anna suffers from attention disorder and is constantly mixing up addresses. On one occasion, she ends up in the office of financial consultant William Faber. Assuming that she is talking to the shrink with whom she had made an appointment, she tells him straight off details of her marital problems. William is so enthralled by her stories that he does not have the nerve to tell Anna the truth. At each week, he becomes more and more fascinated by her secrets, which no other man knows.
