Noura is almost thirteen. In Halfaouine, the popular quarter in Tunis where he lives with his parents, Noura always goes with his mother to the hamam, the Turkish bath. He is beginning to no longer look at the naked women he sees around him with the naïve eyes of a child. The rest of the time, he hangs out on the street trying to make friends with older boys, but, for them, Noura is too young to be their companion. They believe Noura is not yet able to understand their interest in girls. Noura then begins to describe the naked women he sees at the hamam. The young actor Selim Boughédir, who plays Noura, is a nephew of the filmmaker Férid Boughédir.
