A historical adventure about an Aboriginal mixed-race man, Jimmie Governor, who in 1900 massacred a family of Australian farmers. Pursued by hundreds of mounted police, he covered 40 kilometers daily on foot and managed to hide for several weeks, until being arrested, tried, and executed in early 1901. His execution occurred just a few months after the signing of the constitution that denied all rights to the Aboriginal Population.
