Look Both Ways (2005)
Sobre o filme
Summer in an Australian town and the hellish heat seems only to worsen. A youngster runs out, chasing after his dog, careless to the point he is run over by a train. Meryl, an artist on her way home from her father?s funeral, is witness to the incident. She meets Nick, the photographer, and Andy, a reporter, at the scene, both reporting on the accident. Nick has just been diagnosed with cancer and Andy is reeling under the impact of the news that his girlfriend is pregnant. Each offers his/her own different point of view as to the accident witnessed and documented. Meryl is at a particularly tragic phase in her life, imagining possible disasters and catastrophes, but manages to pull herself together by painting. Nick, a workaholic, starts to query his own attitudes. That weekend is to be a summary of their lives up to then.
