Ten unusual inhabitants of the city, in a Los Angeles public park, in their lunch hour, meet with love, amusement, pain and disillusion. The stories of their lives and of their problems are extremely diverse; however, at some point in time, their personal dramas come together. Among these is Peggy, who is suspicious of her husband Dennis and takes it upon herself to follow him to the park, together with friend Claire. At the same time, on the other side of the park, a beautiful girl with her fierce dog in tow, tries to commit suicide because there is no love in her life. But her efforts are in vain. There are also a couple of nudists that go to the park regularly. On this day, however, they invite two friends from the office, taken unawares, to share in the joys of being naked in nature. And all is chaos.
