Filmed in six days, for only US$25,000, Deep Throat showed a profit of US$ 600 million. In addition to presenting scenes from the original film, this documentary includes statements by personalities such as Gore Vidal, Camille Paglia, Hugh Hefner, Norman Mailer, Larry Flint, Wes Craven, Carl Bernstein, and many others, in addition to presenting the past of both the director, Gerald Damiano and that of the main actress, Linda Lovelace.
