The Dragon House (2005)
Sobre o filme
Bhutan is a tiny kingdom set between China and India. Isolated for centuries, this is most probably one of the last corners of the world to be affected by globalization. This conflicting experience has resulted in transformation that extends over the entire country. The documentary focuses on Namgay and Jigme, two youths with completely different lifestyles. Namgay is a Buddhist monk, completely devoted to religion. And Jigme is the son of a rich family and proud of being the first DJ in Bhutan. Both interact in opposing environments within the same society. In addition to Bhutan, film locations include New Delhi (India) and Paris.
