Sobre o filme

Marianne, a cellist in an orchestra, embarks on a romance with one of the flute players, and they spend the night together. She thinks that this meant something and offers him the keys of the apartment, but he refuses and Marianne is upset. She must also face up to her mother’ death. She reads through her father’ will and discovers he had a mistress, Beatrice. Marianne knew her mother had had a lover, but is curious to meet the woman. She relives her childhood and is confronted with amazing truthsly adapted from the novel ‚ÄòHymnes à l‚ÄôAmour‚Äô, by Anne Wiazemsky, an actress in the films of Godard and Pasolini. The title of the film is reminiscent of a verse from the song ‚ÄòHymne à l‚ÄôAmour‚Äô, a great success sung by Edith Piaf.
