Summer ’04 (2006)
Sobre o filme
At the age of 40, Miriam radiates serene beauty and self-confidence as great as is the ocean close to her summer abode. There are no taboos in the normative life she shares with her partner, André, and their son, Nils, age 15. There is understanding and tolerance between them. Miriam sees no difficulty, for instance, when Nils invites his friend Livia who is only 12, to spend the holidays with them. But when the sensual pre-teen begins to flirt with Bill, an older man, Miriam must put an end to a questionable relationship. In her attempts, however, she herself falls for Bill, a shy, insecure man. She seduces and meets up with him in secret. However, Bill loves Livia, all of which causes Miriam to plunge headlong into an ungovernable turmoil of envy and rejection.
