Police captain Van der Weyden and his sidekick Carpentier investigate the discovery of a dead cow apparently stuffed with human remains inside an abandoned WWII German bunker. As they search for answers, little Quinquin follows them, creating havoc along with his trumpet-playing girlfriend and their friends. Originally conceived and broadcast as a television miniseries, this is director Bruno Dumont’s first comedy.
