In 1976, in the Pas-de-Calais region, 50 members of the same family gather to celebrate a boy`s first communion. The opportunity allows everyone to piece together the puzzle of the family`s past. Each one of them tells their own hundred-year story. The film was written based on photographic documents from director René Féret`s own family and represented France at the Cannes Film Festival.
