The Canadian artist Guy Maddin, in collaboration with the brothers Evan and Galen Johnson, pays tribute to Alfred Hitchcock’s "Vertigo" (1958) in this experimental film. Composed of compiles bits of 98 movies and TV shows set in San Francisco, the feature also honors the city.
