Born in Italy and lives between Paris and Belfast. After studying literature and theatre, she started a career in performing arts. Alessandra directed several films including the documentaries “The Bookseller of Belfast” (2011), “Italian Mirage” (2013), “Anatomia del Miracolo” (2017), and “The Mechanics of Things” (2023), presented in film festivals like Locarno, Torino, Visions du Réel, Cinéma du Réel e IndieLisboa.
