Born in Recife, Brazil, in 1974, he has worked as a screenwriter, producer and director since 1995. In addition to several short films, he made the feature films “The History of Eternity” (2014), which won the audience award for best brazilian fiction film at the 38th Mostra and was presented at the Havana Film Festival, “Alley” (2019), screened at the 43rd Mostra, “King Kong en Asunción” (2020) and “Rua Aurora – Refúgio de Todos os Mundos” (2023). He also made theatrical productions, artistic installations and television works, and was one of the directors of the collective film “5 Times Chico – The San Francisco River and His People” (2015, 39th Mostra).
