Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in 1978. Fió began his career as an assistant director in advertising production companies, but since 2014 he has been working as a scriptwriter and director. He directed the documentary feature “Arsat-1, At The Height of the Stars” (2015) and the short film “Ulise’s Canoe” (2016), presented in film festivals like Clermont-Ferrand and Biarritz. “The Leagues” is his first fiction feature film.
