Born in 1991 in Yugoslavia, she currently resides in New York City. Emilija graduated with an MFA in cinematography from Tisch School of the Arts. As a cinematographer, she shot films in the USA, France, Norway and Czech Republic. She directed several short films that have had successful festival runs, and developed her first feature film screenplay “78 Days” at the Venice Biennale College.
