Born in Belgium in 1972. He studied at the Conservatory of Dramatic Art of Liège and the Institut Supérieur des Arts, in Brussels. Welz directed films such as “Calvaire” (2004), “Vinyan” (2008), “Alleluia” (2014), “Adoration” (2019) and “Inexorable” (2021), screened and awarded at several fantastic film festivals.
