Born in Buenos Aires in 1990. He studied social communication sciences at the University of Buenos Aires. Luis made short films like “La Siesta” (2019), presented at the Cannes Film Festival and awarded at Toronto International Film Festival and BAFICI, “At That Very Moment” (2023), which received the award for best short film at IDFA, and “Stay Still or I Love You” (2023), winner of the best short film award at the Mar del Plata Film Festival. “Simon of the Mountain” is his first feature film.
