Born in Izmir, Turkey, in 1973. He studied cinema at Dokuz Eylül University. Keltek made, among others, the short films “Overtime” (2012) and “Gulyabani” (2018), in addition to the medium-length film “Colony” (2015), presented at festivals such as Visions du Réel, Rotterdam and FIDMarseille. His feature directorial debut, “Meteors” (2017), was awarded at the Locarno Film Festival and BAFICI. “New Dawn Fades” is his second feature film.
