Born in Girona, Spain, in 1975. Among his main works are the feature films “La Leyenda del Tiempo” (2006), “Los Condenados” (2009), which received the critics prize at the San Sebastián Film Festival, “Los Pasos Dobles” (2011), winner of the best film award in San Sebastián, “La Próxima Piel” (2016), special jury and best director awards at the Malaga Film Festival, “Entre Dos Aguas” (2018), award for best film at the Mar del Plata and San Sebastián film festivals, and “Un Año, Una Noche” (2022), which received the ecumenical jury prize at the Berlin International Film Festival.
