Park graduated from the Korean Academy of Film Arts with a specialization in cinematography. He also completed a postgraduate degree in filmmaking at Chung-Ang University, specializing in cinematography. Park served as the cinematographer for South Korean short and feature films. “2035” marks his directorial debut in feature films.
