Born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, in 1988. He is a film director, screenwriter, and producer. His first feature film, “Jaque Mate” (2011), was selected as the Dominican entry for the best foreign language Oscar. He also made “Arrob” (2013), “Despertar” (2014), “Detective Willy” (2015), “Carpinteros” (2017), “The Projectionist” (2019), “Isla de Plastico” (2019), “Hotel Coppelia” (2020) and “Parsley” (2022, 46th Mostra), presented in films festivals such as Sundance, Havana and Guadalajara.
