She is a graduate in economics at Miranda House in Delhi University and a postgraduate at the A.J.K. Mass Communication Research Centre. Devi worked as first assistant director in Indian productions such as “Luck by Chance” (2009), “Talaash” (2012), “PK” (2014) and “A Suitable Boy” (2020). “Boong” is her directorial feature debut.
