Born in Egypt, she made her feature directorial debut besides Ayman El Amir with the documentary “Happily Ever After” (2016), which premiered at the International Documentary Film Festival Amsterdam (IDFA). Nada also directed the short film “The Trap” (2020), produced by Amir, which was screened in the Critics’ Week at the Cannes Film Festival. “The Brink of Dreams” is the duo’s second feature film.
