Born in Lisbon, in 1990 and raised in Pontinha. He graduated in sound and image from School of Fine Art and Design (ESAD.CR) at the Polytechnic Institute of Leiria, and obtained a master’s from the National Film School (ESTC) in Lisbon and at the Haute École d’Art et de Design (HEAD) in Geneva. His first film, the documentary, “Bostofrio” (2018), was screened in more than 40 international film festivals, and his next work, “Périphérique Nord” (2022), premiered at the Visions du Réel.
