Born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in 1965. Filmmaker and documentarist, Sandra Kogut has been using different media and formats for years: fiction, documentaries and installations. She made the feature films “A Hungarian Passport” (2001, 27th Mostra), “Mutum” (2007, 31st Mostra), presented at the Cannes Film Festival and awarded at Berlin and Rotterdam film festivals, “Campo Grande” (2015, 39th Mostra), awarded at Havana, Málaga and Mar del Plata film festivals, and “Three Summers” (2019), presented at the Toronto International Film Festival and at the 43rd Mostra.
