Born in Tennessee, USA, in 1984, he lives in Helsinki, Finland. Over the past ten years, he has directed several low-budget short films. His latest short, “Where to Land” (2020), was presented at the Locarno Film Festival. “XXL” marks Groskind’s feature film directorial debut.
