Born in Colombia in 1986. He holds an M.F.A. in creative writing with a focus on screenwriting. In 2015, he founded the ESUNA Casa Audiovisual company in Bogotá, where he writes and directs fiction short films, web series and corporate videos. Pineda directed the short film “Espinas de Pescao” (2022). “Salt Water” is his first feature film.
