Born in Mortsel, Belgium, in 1979. His early short film success led him to become one of the key series directors in Flanders. Among his works are the feature film “Patrick” (2019), for which he won the award for best direction at the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival, and the direction of episodes of TV shows such as “Legion” (2017-2019), “The Terror” (2018) and “Peaky Blinders” (2013-2022).
