British-Brazilian journalist and filmmaker. He is the founder and director of the independent film website DMovies, which also functions as a production company. Fraga directed the short film “The Flour Test” (2002) and the feature documentary “The Coup d’Etat Factory” (2021). “The Bad Patriots” is his second feature film.
