Two girls mysteriously disappear. The young and impulsive police officer Paul Chartier is assigned to investigate the case and joins Maldoror, a secret unit that monitors a dangerous sex offender. When the operation fails, Chartier, tired of the legal system, decides to hunt down and capture the culprits on his own.
