For years, Javier and Valeria have been trying to have a child. They hold on to hope, even after numerous fertility treatments, and buy a house in the suburbs, trying to keep alive the illusion of the future they dreamed of. Everything begins to fall apart when Camila, Javier’s co-worker with whom he had a brief affair, announces that she is pregnant with his child. With their marriage shaken, Javier decides to spend some time at his father’s house. He must also confront this problematic relationship, weakened by the death of Javier’s mother, who passed away when he was younger.
