Frustrated at an unsuccessful love encounter, Jagoda, the supermarket attendant, decides to take it all out on a little old lady who, late at night, comes to the shop in search of fresh strawberries to make a birthday cake for her grandson. Unceremoniously, the old lady is simply sent away. Next morning, a man in combat uniform and armed to the teeth takes over the supermarket and makes all the employees hostage. His name is Marko, and he is there to avenge his grandmother so ill-dealt with the night before. The problem is, that contrary to what the police believe, Marko is no paranoic dangerous war veteran. An entire battle scheme is assembled to overcome the invader. Now it is too late to go back. Outside, an elite squadron prepare to try and free the hostages while sympathizers with the kidnapper manifest in his support.
